Eagles fans (myself included) are/were so dramatic about the blood clot and handling of it and Jalen probably home with his wife chilling eating snacks focusing on coming back and winning another Super Bowl here like nothing happened 😂😂😂

Eagles HC Nick Sirianni’s success comes down to a few things, IMO.
Since 2023, he’s gone into almost every game with a roster that’s more talented than the opposition. In 2022, the Eagles caught a lot of teams off guard with a new offense and a defense that feasted on quarterbacks.
Nick has always fallen on the sword for his players. They respect that and fight for him. Most every player I have spoken to over the last 4 years genuinely enjoys playing for him. He also has them get up for games for him. They fight.
He has cultivated a winning culture and deserves credit for navigating 70+ personalities every year, steadying the ship through adversity and keeping the locker room together. That is not an easy task, and content creator analysis neither sees it nor can it quantify it. Having a talented roster is a huge benefit for him, but keeping everyone focused on the task and together has been his superpower.
Siranni isn't perfect, and his scheme, in-game decisions, and aggressive nature are fair to criticize.
I would keep in mind that those who think he doesn't understand the game of football, or lack knowledge due to an offense that lacks creativity, are more hot-take than reality. Believing in an offensive philosophy (ball control, etc.) and not being knowledgeable are not the same.
He’s not perfect, but there’s a difference between criticizing his shortcomings and pretending he hasn’t been a successful head coach.
As much as many do not like his style of play or even his demeanor, he did lead Philadelphia to the Super Bowl 2x in 3 years and won a Lombardi. That does not happen by accident or luck.
I also do not buy into the crowd's "if he is fired, he will never get another job in the NFL"
The fanbase said the same about Jonathan Gannon, and he had a HC job while still employed!
Many said the same about Chip Kelly, and he was the 49ers HC the following year.
I don't know how this ends in Philly for Nick, and everyone runs their course, even the great Andy Reid.
Endings are rarely pleasant or easy.

TO’s comments on his apology! exactly.

Jalen led what should have been a game-winning field goal drive in London with blood clots and on ZERO sleep.
You'll never make me hate him. EVER.

When we hired Nick, people thought he'd be gone in a year or so because he stuttered in his PC. I like to think even with the hiccups, we did better than expected.
The whole dramatic "this entire tenure was a disaster" nonsense, I'm not gonna do. 22 and 24 alone were worth it.

People who didn't want a coaching change in 2023 weren't wrong, because WTF happened the following year? People are just saying anything.
They weren't firing him AFTER 2024 either. If folks wanted him gone after 2025 and now? I get that.

Eagles fans have seen backups step in over the years. Feeley, Garcia, Foles, etc. Nothing new to us.
Non-intimidating stretch coming up. Hoping Tanner can win some games.

Eagles fans defend Jalen Hurts because he does not get legitimate commentary. Accusing the dude of “ducking smoke”when he has a blood clot is sick.
This isn’t even something I’d say about a rival player. Health comes before everything, not agendas.

This is the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time. Can't believe Michael Robinson is spewing this stupidity. Embarrassing.
“if I'm Jalen Hurts − or anybody in Jalen Hurts' camp − I'm saying, 'Well if everybody's hurt, I'm hurt, too.' “To me, it looked like Jalen is kind of getting himself out of the fray so that this lost season..he's pulling himself out so that this doesn't look like it's on me."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Jalen Hurts' ruled-out status stems from a superficial blood clot in his calf confirmed via team ultrasounds and detailed in the Eagles' official medical timeline with NFL involvement; no evidence supports strategic withdrawal claims.

Who cares are you an Eagles fan or just a Jalen fan? Because if you’re an Eagles fan you don’t care what anyone says 😂😂 this is like when Wentz went down and folks was saying they didn’t want to win the Super Bowl because he wasn’t playing
.@CutonDime25 HATES the position the Philadelphia Eagles are in right now
"People look to hate on the Eagles. If Tanner wins this game, the convo is going to be, 'was it Jalen Hurts fault?'"

Plus I want clarity. I don't have an agenda but I'd love to see if Mannion, the o line, receivers or whoever have the goods. I want to enjoy watching them play and look decent. Then again I don't have a personal bias for anyone so that's just me
