What Is Asset Oracle? Asset Oracle is decentralized oracle infrastructure built to connect real-world data, events, and outcomes with blockchain systems. Blockchains are excellent at executing transparent, programmable transactions. However, they cannot independently know what is happening in the real world. What was Nigeria’s inflation rate? Did a football match end 2–1? Did the price of an asset reach a specific level? Did an RWA metric change? Did a real-world event actually happen? These outcomes require reliable information from outside the blockchain. That is the problem Asset Oracle is being built to solve. What We Do Asset Oracle retrieves real-world information from relevant data sources, verifies that information through predefined rules and, where necessary, multiple independent sources, and makes the verified outcome available for on-chain applications. Our infrastructure is designed around four core stages: Retrieve → Verify → Validate → Settle Data is sourced from approved providers, checked against predefined market or application rules, and the resulting evidence can be recorded and used for transparent on-chain execution. Verification Comes First Asset Oracle is being designed around a simple principle: A prediction is only as reliable as the information used to verify its outcome. That means markets and applications should define their data sources, verification requirements and resolution conditions before the outcome is determined. Where stronger verification is required, multiple independent sources can be used. If the required sources do not produce a valid result, predefined fallback, dispute, cancellation or refund rules can apply rather than forcing an unreliable outcome.
