Game 8 Duke ⬇️ Analysis The next 5 Gauntlet, will have very solid teams and FSU has a bye rest week and lost to 3 Top 20, and barely lost to #1 Miami, & even Syracuse is playing tougher! Watching Duke again vs. UVA, it was amazing how they snuck out a win being on defense most of the game. Duke is a tough disciplined team that makes few mistakes but their offense is not a dynamic threat lately. Their defense was stellar and rarely gave up big plays and made huge stops. Rarely out of position and never let a WR get behind them (NB: 🦅 Defensive Backs!) Their offense was helter-skelter with some big pass plays and no long drives. Did not impress me at all. I would not like to see BC fall behind by 10, versus this Duke defense. 2nd Half play sequencing and mix of calls with first down passing and all by BOB were just pristine beautiful. 😍♥️♥️ It was Jags/Loganesque. ♥️ If BC’s Defense lets no big deep pass plays or Duke WR’s get behind our DB’s, with 2nd half offense synced, BC can beat Duke since we can stop their run game and “if we blitz Eget, he gets rattled like every QB.” 5-3 was certainly not on many bingo cards if BC pulls a Duke upset. The best news is BC’s now unpredictable offense playing like 2H can be competitive with ND & Miami. MM’s passing accuracy has opened up run game and reverse. What a difference now two weeks make!
