PG&E doing some line work in Meadow Vista CA. Love the livery on the Uh-60A. PG&E acquired several Ex Army birds in 2018/19. Looks like they’re getting put to use.

Cold dry air meets hot moist exhaust: condensation. When conditions are right, contrails form. That’s why some days you see many and some days you see none: it’s dependent on the conditions at the time. Spectroscopy indicates it’s just water. – at Arizona, USA
