Those of you who've been missing our Lactose Free Low-Fat Milk will be pleased to hear we are now back in full production thanks to the delivery of the long-awaited lactase enzyme. Our first orders left the Dairy this morning for island stores and supermarkets.

Ten days in C/ICU last year so speaking from patient experience, 100% agree with everything in this article. Staff do amazing work with limited bed space and privacy. Access to daylight will be a real benefit.
