Since 2009, L&I's @PA_OVR has hosted the Summer Academy for students who are blind or visually impaired, and it’s been changing lives ever since.
Grace was born with low vision and worked as a resident assistant at the very first summer academy. That experience transformed her path. Today, she’s part of L&I’s Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services (BBVS), where she helps students prepare for college, careers, and independent living.
