Good afternoon Allan. I'm sorry to hear that. We understand how important the quiet carriage is to some customers. While our Train Managers will assist if they can, they can't continuously monitor noise levels or enforce guidance around keeping noise to a minimum, as this is not covered under railway byelaws. We therefore rely on customers to be mindful of others, and I am sorry that didn't happen on your journey - Steve
