A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by The Gears of Creativity! 💜  This exhibition was a reminder of how far the African creator economy has come and the incredible people making it happen. And as we look ahead, we’re more committed than ever to building community with our creators and creating the tools that will power the next 10 years of the creative economy. Here’s to everything we’ve built, and everything still to come. 🚀

There’s no age or career barrier to being a creator and when I heard Mr Adeyeye speak, I was so happy to see him as an example for older professionals to create valuable resources from their experiences. This is a call for you as well, dear professional, to create… there’s a space for you to sell as welll, on Selar!!!

Did you know the very first product sold on Selar was Muyiwa Akhigbe’s Dear Music EP in 2016? 👀💜 We loved having him at our 10th anniversary exhibition over the weekend as we celebrated a decade of helping creators sell what they create. #10YearsOfSelar
