100 emails/day. I am dedicated to the recruiting process, I chase opportunity and I know these connections aren't gonna fall from the sky I want NOTHING more.. than to play at the next level. I will continue to be a sponge in this process and trust GOD!

There are a few development teams that give players a real chance to earn a spot on the main team. Others schools just use it as a money maker and don’t really “develop” players. My major issue is many players try to transfer after a year and have no film/stats to show for it!

You don’t need 10 offers. You need 1 school that truly believes in your development.

Appreciate every moment you get to play. The game goes by fast, and if you don’t respect the grind now, you’ll wish you did later!
