This @MHDay28May, we honour the resilience of menstruators facing the growing heat stress and climate vulnerability. This week, @SanFirstIndia worked with fisherwomen, salt pan & agricultural labourers, to discuss & provide solutions when extreme heat affects menstrual health.

This MH Week, @SanFirstIndia began sessions on heat stress & menstrual health in Melakidaram and Kavakulam, Ramnad with support from PAD. Salt pan workers, fisherwomen & farmers came together to discuss menstruation in extreme heat, & practical ways to adapt & mitigate.#MHDay2026
