I'm a queer, trans, multiply disabled AAC user and part-time mouthwords user.
My brain is a mess and that doesn't make me any less valuable than anyone else.

I know I keep sharing a lot of fundraising posts for Lilya but they're a multiply disabled trans Indigenous friend who is in an abusive situation and trying to survive while waiting on an SSI approval. Being able to help a little sometimes can make a big difference.

Lilya has been fighting a lot for keeping basic needs met while going through the SSI application process in a hostile situation which requires long distance travel for routine care and its really rough. We need to help each other survive.

Good news Update! Help that is hopefully enough to last to find another job came has through!
There's a lot of people who aren't getting a living wage currently and hopefully others get relief for at least a while too.

The star of the Olympics collapsing with covid on live TV in front of a global audience after they told us covid was over (and if it wasn't over it was mild) really does put a ribbon on the last few years
Every time i open twitter almost everything I see is people talking about having covid and I'm like this is so exhausting I'm going back into my hole with my cat and never leaving my home unless medically necessary
Update that the urgent need is $800 for overdue utilities (not having the electric shut off, having heat for hot water).

My PCA was laid off from his other job last year and hasn't been able to find another job in part because I've been struggling with my chronic illnesses (primarily the combination of adrenal insufficiency and MCAS) and have been needing a lot of support for my safety.
Because disability support workers are not paid enough, and we're not given the hours we need for support, this means supporting me is not enough income to pay for basic living expenses - and this is critical for me to have.
If people could please donate, this helps him with paying for basic living expenses, and me keep the support I need.
