@RBI What should a customer do if a bank (@Citi ) takes over 2 months to vet the address proof uploaded and place restrictions on my account before either accepting or rejecting my documents? Why should a customer face the impact for the fault of bank? Here is the screenshot

@Citi you could clearly see that I uploaded address proof for change of address way back in April. I was intimated today about the credit restrictions placed on my account though you failed to process my document for 2 months. Ridiculous service @Citi. Simply unacceptable!

@CMofKarnataka For God sake we don't live in stone age to stay in dark all day. Please take some action. @onlineBESCOM helpline is to no avail and I only get irrelevant answers. They hestitate to even escalate n they have no idea how long this is going to continue.
