I already tweeted about the rude behaviour & poor packaging during the delivery of the above order. But till now I didn't get any response. If no action is seen, I will escalate the issue to the higher level.
It's not about the items but the rude behaviour of your delivery partner who rudely rejected my request to come to our first floor. I went down to cellar and took rice bag from him but he left the remaining items with a paper bag torn from the bottom in our cellar and went away.
