For the last 6 years working for the @QPRtrust I’ve been working with the over 60s and I’ve loved every single minute however Monday was a day that hurt we sadly lost one of the ladies to cancer I’m truly honoured to play a part in her life but sad to say goodbye 🤍

14 years ago today my dad took his own life on my 15th birthday but today I brought my mum to work and celebrated my birthday with @QPRHealthStars extra timers I’m so incredibly lucky that @QPRtrust saved my life all those years ago and for giving me reasons to keep living 💙

14 years ago today I spoke to my dad on his 46th birthday not knowing that 4 months later he would take his own life on my 15th birthday but today he should be 60 but suicide robbed him of that please tell your loved ones that you love because tomorrow is not guaranteed 💙

10 years ago I was a suicidal 18 year old admitted to my local mental health unit then @QPRtrust saved my life through football because of them suicide was no longer was my only choice this year I am celebrating 9 years working for the trust and I’m enjoying life 💙🤍💙🤍
