Maintenance guy came by earlier. He's been in the area since the 70s. I mentioned that the exhaust fan over the stove doesn't work. He said, yeah it has no pipe, it just filters and blows everything back in here.
He said the bathroom vents do the same, but they go through an air freshener first 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ
My brother's gf 1) is annoying af and 2) dry heaves if she hears even imitated puking sounds.

One of my fav foods is hashbrown casserole. Living alone, I've gotten used to low effort cooking since I'm the only one eating with nobody to impress. Here's my low-effort hasbhrown casserole recipe:
1 bag shredded hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz container sour cream
1 bag shredded cheese
1 onion, diced
Tony Chachere's seasoning
Salt & pepper
Bake at 375 for an hour
I recently saw someone say they didn't like cream of chicken soup as an ingredient. It never really occurred to me to use something else, so I'm trying mayo instead tonight.
Cubed hashbrowns work too, but I prefer shredded.
Usually I use cheddar or a blend, but I just got a new mix from Trader Joes. Its pretty freakin awesome.
