What's the lowest spec / cheapest computer on which you can have a reasonably modern (meaning testable, w/ ample aws offload) coding setup?
Mint used to categorize @TheSycamoreSF as "Health & Fitness." Now it's "Mortgage & Rent." I think it's a little of both.
