UFL Scout - UFL Community & Database

Hi everyone, Today I need to share with you that I am closing my chapter as CEO of STRIKERZ / UFL. I have been leading the company & the game for almost 10 years now, and it has been the hardest professional, emotional and personal challenge of my life. We founded the company in 2016 and started a journey that has surpassed anything I could’ve imagined at the time: UFL has become a global football gaming brand, live on PS5, Xbox and mobile platforms. We’ve been partners with Cristiano Ronaldo and collaborated with FIFPRO & FIFA. The game features a stellar line-up of ambassadors & football legends; partnerships with giants like Transfermarkt, adidas, Nike & New Balance have been made, and more will come. There are 10M+ unique players across all platforms, and the community is growing day by day. The team. Thank you each & every one of you guys who had the courage to take on the challenge of creating UFL. It was a quest for me, but I know it was deeply personal for many of us. It wasn’t easy. At times, it was bloody hard. So I just want to acknowledge that & pay my respects to you, friends and teammates who made UFL happen. It was an honour. I want to thank the UFL community directly. Thank you for playing, supporting, ranting, criticizing and pushing us. We wouldn’t be here without you. Your feedback has always energized me to push harder and explore new frontiers of what can be achieved with UFL. Even though a lot has been delivered, there is still much more to be done. I know sometimes you call the game all kinds of names, and sometimes it’s well-deserved, but behind the rant, I feel there’s affection and support for UFL, which is the most valuable thing. I want to express my gratitude to all the partners across the globe I’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years — both within the company and beyond it. We’ve faced countless challenges together and brought breakthrough ideas to life. Now, obviously, the decision itself is complex and difficult for me, yet it is mutual and necessary. I value the organization & the game we’ve built together, and I hope UFL keeps competing at the highest level and reaches for the stars. In the meantime, I will spend time with family, devote time to my health and think carefully about what comes next. Before I go, one last thing: love football. We all argue about it, celebrate it, suffer because of it and live through it. It unites us all. Building something for people who share that love has been a privilege. Thank you, Eugene
