Scam from @Bestbuy @GeekSquad: They declared our laptop "dead" earlier this year then charged us $212.99 a few months later for an annual renewal. Now they won't provide me with a full refund since I didn't catch it within 30 days of the billing. #poorcustomerservice

This is all over $88.74. Store #617 GM tried to hide behind their product return "policy" of 30 days and wouldn't acknowledge a difference in a product vs. a service or admit they made any mistake in the first place. Deceptive business practices by @BestBuy.
