If you find your self blocked you’ve either been highlighted as Spam, by X so I get no notification, and probably because you’ve harassed me a lot.
Or been harassing in general, especially demanding I respond immediately over xmas eve/say.
Someone asked me “do I have self interest in the role”, ANY EMPLOYEE has an interest in there job/role, But I’ve also got a interest in patient safety too, but that wasn’t the question…I’ve had to block her anyway because of harassment which seems to be continuing.
So many questions on AAs , I seem to be the only one answering!
This should be the job of the professional body, maybe they should hold a webinar to tell everyone where we are now in respect to AAs.
The same people complaining about an AA job which follows the RCoA guidance and Leng review recommendations, are the same people who wanted AAs to follow RCoA and Leng guidance/recommendations . 🤯

📢 The GMC transition period for Anaesthesia Associates ends 13 December 2026.
From then, GMC registration will be a legal requirement to practise, and Anaesthesia Associate becomes a protected title.

From 13 December, Anaesthesia Associates (alongside PAs) will be regulated by the GMC.
If you haven’t yet applied for GMC registration, the GMC advises doing so by 14 September to allow sufficient time for processing!
