Canada, or rather Canadians under 50 years old. By now, it should be painfully clear that this government is actively working against your interests.
The Carney government's new immigration figures are them telling you, as clearly as they possibly can, that your simple desire to live in a country with competitive wages, affordable housing and accessible publuc services can get fucked.

Instead the feds are rolling out "one-time" measures that transition temp residents into PR while keeping the 380k target for actual "new" people coming into the country. This is a mistake, and it screws young people while giving continued subsidies to businesses. How progressives support this backdoor business subsidy is beyond me

The Carney government gaslighting Canadians as they ramp up immigration into an already soft labour market.
Alright guys, I have fundamentally changed my view on future population growth following Budget 2026. It's very clear now that the govt will continue to roll out "one-time" initiatives to convert temp residents into PRs. We'll get official levels at the end of Nov, but this is where we're going from what I see in the budget

Immigration is basically the only number I pay attention to anymore. Debt is reversible. This isn't.
BREAKING: Canada's Carney’s government has released its 2027–29 immigration plan: - 380,000 new permanent residents a year - 370,000 new temporary residents a year (workers and students) - Up to 348,000 more people already in Canada moved to permanent status through one-time programs Combined, that could push permanent resident admissions well past the record of about 485,000 set in 2024, per CBC

There are no labour needs. There is an imbalance between what failing business models *can* pay to sustain operations, and what a first world employee demands for their standard of living. Say no to third world labour.

Canadians will likely hear this week that the immigration taps are being turned on again. It's unclear they were fully off in the first place. In any event, keep the following chart in mind and ask yourself who that policy serves, because it certainly isn't the Labour Class.
Canada's Mass Immigration (2017 to 2025) was the worst economic policy decision in Canadian history. It was NOT progressive; it was, in fact, extremely REGRESSIVE. It transferred wealth and market power: ➡️from the Young to the Old, ➡️from the Poor to the Rich, ➡️from Labour to Corporations, and ➡️from the Renter Class to the Owner Class. Prior to 2015, immigration to Canada was high and focused on high-skilled, high-wage labour. In 2015, THIS government CHANGED the RULES, which shifted the focus to low-skilled, low-wage labour. This hurt the job prospects of young Canadians entering the labour market, put downward pressure on wages and lowered Canada's productivity. ➡️bankofcanada.ca/2025/05/staf…) It also increased housing costs, particularly for renters, who tend to be poorer and younger. ➡️bankofcanada.ca/publications… In short, it was horrific for the youngest, poorest and most vulnerable in our society. Never mind the social upheaval it caused. Now that Job Vacancies have normalized and rents are falling, this government is floating the idea of raising immigration. It is outrageous. Worse, it is, again, being pitched as progressive when it is not. It hurts the Working Class; Bernie Sanders was right...youtu.be/vf-k6qOfXz0 The only thing that will improve the standard of living for working-class people is productivity growth. That's it.

FYI 🇨🇦 today Canada officially removes the LMIA requirement in some roles that require companies to look for Canadian Talent FIRST before hiring Foreign 👀 Effective today. While simultaneously, CANADA has the 2nd highest unemployment in the G7, the government is telling Canadians that Companies can hire foreign first. This is the Carney vision

🚨 TORONTO: WORLD-CLASS CITY. THIRD-WORLD CRIME PROBLEMS? Toronto is recording nearly 3X the residential burglary rate of Mexico City, a place with a notorious reputation for crime. 🇨🇦 Toronto: 107 break-ins per 100,000 (annualized). 🇲🇽 Mexico City: 36 per 100,000. 2,396 Toronto homes broken into in just 9 months. How did Toronto get to this point?

UPDATE: There’s no clean national census of nurses and doctors using fake degrees, but we have spent two months investigating this, and the documented cases cluster into two very different magnitudes. Nurses: roughly 7,600 fraudulent diplomas and transcripts, with about 2,274 people confirmed to have used them to sit and pass the NCLEX, then get licensed and hired. That’s a rock-solid number. Physicians: upwards of 10,000 people in hospitals and private practice hold fraudulent foreign medical degrees.
We have identified 11 nurses and 5 physicians in five Southern California hospitals who may have counterfeit degrees from India, including a current emergency medicine trauma surgeon.

‼️BREAKING EXCLUSIVE LEAK: 10/28 Microsoft Company Wide AMA Meeting LEAKED “We are going to be global. And we are going to continue to bring global talent to the United States.” “We want to recognize it’s super important we take care of the people (green card workers).” This comes just 2 days after Microsoft asked nearly 60k of its employees to voluntarily resign in an effort to downsize. The employee who leaked this clip of the meeting to me was one of many who have expressed concerns to me. Multiple Microsoft employees have told me they feel as though MSFT doesn’t give them the same amount of respect and care. Many Microsoft employees are asking why H-1B workers aren’t the first to be cut during a downsize since MSFT claims none of the downsizing is performance based. Employees are curious why American workers aren’t being put first in the United States.

Immigration increased Canada's population from 35 million in 2016 to 42 million in 2026. This had no discernible benefit but our political elite is vocally committed to continuing immigration-fuelled population growth forever.

EU is hitting Canadian steel, iron & aluminum with carbon border charges starting in 2027. $2.8B exposed. No exemptions despite our domestic carbon price. Meanwhile, they are backing away from the “associate membership” label. Quite the start, eh.

🚨BREAKING (EXCLUSIVE): National Security Concerns Leaked by MSFT Whistleblower Leaked Microsoft screenshots show an India-based engineer received approval to view U.S. government cloud logs. A Microsoft whistleblower contacted me and shared screenshots supporting allegations that Microsoft used its “escort” process to allow an India based engineer to access Government Community Cloud (GCC) systems. The whistleblower alleges the engineer is not a U.S. citizen. Microsoft’s own published rules state that temporary elevated access to customer content in GCC requires verified U.S. citizenship. The escort model is the workaround the company uses so non-U.S. personnel can still direct the work. The screenshots show Viraj Chokhany requesting and receiving approval for escort access to view logs in the DPRODMGD151 environment, which is part of Government Community Cloud Moderate — the cloud used by many federal, state, and local agencies. In the escort process, a U.S. person is supposed to open the system while the India-based engineer guides the work. The whistleblower believes this raises urgent national security concerns and may violate FedRAMP requirements. Multiple Microsoft employees have reviewed the screenshots and confirmed they appear authentic. Viraj, has been confirmed to live in India-- Where he also attended and graduated college. The whistleblower is working on a public statement. I will release the whistleblowers statement when I receive it. Attached images are some of the screenshots that I received from the Whistleblower. @DHSgov @FBIDirectorKash @JDVance

Since January 2023, Canada's population has grown by 2.5Mn. This growth is driven overwhelmingly by newcomers. During that time, private-sector employment has grown by only 800k. This is not a sensible way to run an economy. D'uh!
