At 8:41 A.M Davao City Police Office - Traffic Enforcement Unit (DCPO-TEU) stopped the delegates of the 44th Kasama sa UP National Congress and 55th General Assembly of Student Councils at Ulas Bypass Road, Davao City on their way to Freedom Park, Davao City.
The intimidation of DCPO-TEU and LFTRB Davao City to the delegates and the jeepney drivers are manifestations of intensifying fascism moves of the state to suppress our democratic rights and freedom of assembly.
These attacks should further intensify our calls and fight for our democratic rights and freedom.
