LIV Golf 2.0 may never get off the ground.
Former NFL counsel @JodiBalsam went through the filings with me: BC Partners wants the tax losses, and Scott O'Neil's bonus and PIF's loan could both be challenged.

LIV Golf executives were making millions AFTER Saudi Arabia pulled out while the league was stiffing blue-collar companies and individuals for work they already did

PGC too stubborn and ignorant to stop digging. The financial docs released show everyone involved just grabbing Saudi cash while it was available. LIV was anything but innovative and good for golf-worst scam in sports history and those that championed it look like chumps

Our current Big 12 projections:
As glamorous as a win over ND is, the true playoff ticket will come from making the Big 12 title game. That likely requires beating Utah H2H. We have Utah projected to win at home, in turn giving BYU the worst playoff chances of the three. Still high, but the lowest of the three.

A DP World Tour spokesperson told @TheTodaysGolfer:
“Given the high volume of inbound interest and enquiries we have received in recent weeks, we are exploring the terms on which we are willing to accommodate players provided they are free from third party contractual restrictions and are willing to abide by our membership regulations.
"Our Tournament Committee has approved the process we intend to follow and we expect further enquiries in the days ahead.”
Exclusive: A significant number of LIV Golf players are in advanced talks over an exit plan that will guarantee them starts on the DP World Tour, on the condition they don't sign up to the relaunched league.

Black Desert Resort is something you have to see to believe. My first time as it is for Tony Finau, who said, “If you dropped me here, I would think I might be on a different planet. It’s incredibly cool.”
