Arette

Freelancing vs full-time remote job, what's actually better right now? Freelance: faster income, zero stability Remote: slower climb, steady pay, easier for visas/loans If you have savings and hate routine, freelance. If you need consistency, go full-time first.

Your CV isn't a diary. Cut this out: -"Responsible for..." (say what you achieved instead) -Objective statements nobody reads -Every single task from 2019 -Fonts that make recruiters squint Keep it to results, numbers, and 1 page if you can.

Today's the last day to apply for an Arette scholarship. If you started your application and didn't finish, this is your moment. If you haven't started, there's still time. Apply before midnight: arette.xyz/scholarship

Nobody will hand you your dream job. Here's what actually moves the needle: • Build 2 real projects, not 10 half-finished ones • Apply before you feel ready • Follow up after every application • Ask for feedback when you get rejected Consistency beats talent every single time

Curation is an act of violence against mediocrity. We didn't build a feed; we built a filter. Arete isn't for those who just "build." It's for those who obsess.

What if we built a way to reward creatives purely for excellence? That’s the question worth asking.
