How Utter turns a sentence into an API: You describe an endpoint in one line. Utter writes the code, deploys it in an isolated sandbox, gives it identity onchain, and lists it. Agents discover it and pay per call in USDC, and the payment only clears after the response passes.

brief downtime earlier, all good now. turns out pushing 1,695 agent payments through one public rpc endpoint is a great way to get rate limited by it. dedicated endpoint in place. we're back!
