i like to enter the torture nexus so i have the very clear vision of drifter coercing shiv into eating part of one of their victims at some point. not just blood. eating. i think for all shiv is it made him extremely sick and it haunts him

drifter like yum yum! isnt it good shiv! and shiv is like trying not to buckle over and humilate himself by puking it all up. he does so anyway and the drifter laughs at him and shiv is furious at himself

i enjoy the fact that shiv, running with this decade old vampire, dealing with monsters on the regular, is just a human. i think it helps push the concept that he just...doesnt fit in anywhere. he is to monstrous for people and too human for monsters
