I've been taking pain meds with each meal so every time it's time to eat they're all wearing off and I feel like I'm about to Die
I keep going ah my pain is pretty much gone, let me start doing the things I need to. And then that just brings the pain right back and I have to stop. And then I repeat
I think the guidance that acetaminophen + ibuprofen = opioid level pain relief is complete and utter bullshit, that or the ppl they asked never had pain surpassing a 7/10. I've only ever gotten TRUE almost total pain relief by adding metamizole to both of those
