Yes @Subhashgarg1960 - Sir, Court asked you to refrain from using that one “b….r” word to describe Degree Dubey till next hearing. But it is absolutely fine for us to continue to call him Fake Degree Dubey.
Fake Degree Dubey. Just like his “WontShowMyDegree” boss.

So, a form changed online, appeals filed before tribunals, an order issued. The affidavit confirms each, under oath. It calls none a mistake, names no one, and never answers the question the two Commissioners kept asking, which wasn’t whether their notes were decisions. It was why they were finding out afterwards.
You can read our analysis of the affidavit here: indianexpress.com/article/in…

THE JULY ORDER. It confirms a senior officer redistributed work without the Commission, that both Commissioners wrote to the Cabinet Secretary, and that the order “was never implemented” after their joint direction.
What it doesn’t say: why it was issued, why Joshi was refused the file by an officer, or what became of the officer (Maneesh Garg). He isn’t named. Nobody in the affidavit is.

On Goa it says 88 of the 97 voters left off the roll have since applied through Form 6.
What it doesn’t say: why, in February, the software blocked the EROs’ decisions despite eight requests in seven days and the Commission’s own DEC writing that the “IT system cannot block necessary action.”

On West Bengal, it says appeals against inclusion of voters were filed by officers in the state CEO’s office, and “these matters were not brought to the Commission.”
What it doesn’t say: how that squares with Sandhu’s August note, which records the same CEO telling him she “doesn’t have any information about the details of this matter.” Or how lakhs of appeals were filed on identical grounds.

On ECINET (the software on which electoral roll now sits) it says the ERO (Electoral Registration Officer) remains the legal authority and announces a committee with IIT Mumbai and IISc experts to check the software complies with the law.
What it doesn’t say: that this is Joshi’s proposal of May 29, almost to the word, which Sandhu endorsed in July and recorded in August that it had gone nowhere. The affidavit only presents it as the Commission’s September decision.

On FORM 6 it says the SIR declaration was a separate document, not an amendment to the statutory form.
BUT it concedes the way it appeared online “could be construed as though an amendment of Form 6 had been made,” that “certain steps taken by the officers” needed “to be corrected,” and that on Oct 21 the form was split back in two.
What it doesn’t say: Who inserted the declaration in the online form in July, two months after two of three members recorded in writing that it couldn’t be done.

First, the frame. The petition rests on an investigation by @IndianExpress revealing 14 objections by Election Commissioners Vivek Joshi and Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, recorded over 10 months, objecting to decisions taken in the Commission’s name without their knowledge.
The affidavit doesn’t dispute a single note. It only says that the Commission “has neither released nor authorised the release” of them.

How many permissions will you deny, Mr. Amit Shah? How many people will you stop?
21 parties of the INDIA bloc had planned a Public Impeachment of Gyanesh Kumar as a curtain raiser to the Nov 1st Mega Rally and March - first at Hotel Ashoka, where permission was denied, and then at Ramleela Maidan, where despite already having all the requisite permissions, Delhi Police stopped us from doing the set up for the event.
First they destroy the electoral system, and now they are trying all kinds of tricks to silence those who fight to save our democracy.
Let it be very clear, come what may, we will not rest until Modi-Shah's puppet Gyanesh Kumar is not removed. If they stop us here, we will go to Amit Shah's house, PM Modi's house, and stage a massive dharna there.
But we will fight to the finish, and until our mission is accomplished.

This Diwali a litre of petrol in Delhi costs Rs 102.12, against Rs 71.41 in May 2014. Diesel costs Rs 95.20, against Rs 56.71. A dollar costs Rs 94.94, against Rs 58.59.
Modi came promising to end inflation. Twelve years later families pay more to cook, more to travel and more simply to live, while the Modi govt talks of nothing but GDP.
Where Congress governs, the money goes back to families. In Telangana 42.90 lakh families get a gas cylinder for Rs 500. In Karnataka the govt released Rs 2,482 crore on 14 October, Rs 2,000 each for about 1.24 crore women. And the free grain this govt hands out today runs on the law UPA passed to make food a legal right.
So maybe the Modi Govt should consider cutting the excise on petrol and diesel, and give every family a Rs 500 cylinder, as Congress already does?

Adani is suing me for ₹50 crore, apparently valuing the damage to his reputation at that amount.
I contend that wealth acquired through alleged wrongdoing does not confer credibility or reputation.
My valuation of that reputation? ₹0.
And if the reputational damage is zero, the compensation should be zero.
₹50 crore demanded. ₹0 deserved.

Adani is suing the man who literally invented the Internet Mail Box System😂😂😂
Sabeer Bhatia sold Hotmail to Microsoft for $400 Million in 1997. It is around $12 Billion Dollars today in Microsoft Stock Options. Adani back then was operating a shady Diamond Business and was kidnapped for being involved with underworld.
This Battle of Billionaires for India is warming up interestingly. The Adani Vs Ambani. Now Adani Vs Sabeer Bhatia.
Reminds me of my favourite TV Series Billions. And the main Protagonist Bobby Axelrod famous quote: "What is the point of having F U money. If you can't say F U"
Billionaire Ego battles are absolute 🍿🍿🍿
P.S. "Hate is nature’s most perfect energy source. It’s endlessly renewable." ~ Bobby Axelrod , Season 2
