Vexillology Day

@vexiday

Flags are objects of beauty, history, culture, and design. Celebrate them on October 1, the birthday of vexillology, the study of flags.

The trans flag comes in at a close second. It was my first flag, then I grew to resent it, then I grew to love it again. The symmetry meaning no wrong way to fly, simultaneously representing a system it tries to work both within and without? Hell yeah.

Gotta admit I have a bit of a bias for the #KeystoneFlag… how could I not, though?

I was only slightly disappointed that the flag of Coventry didn’t feature the elephant from the city’s coat of arms. The adopted flag is still excellent!

@Stepnofficial It's a movement. I do not participate, but I encourage you all to participate and let your imagination free. Draw what you would like to see on your flag. I used this drawing in @TatsianaSTEPN contest.
