Is anyone experiencing github sending webhooks with unexpected TLS version numbers? Today our webhooks started intermittently failing to send to our nginx instance... it's all a bit odd. #github #webhooks

A team at Oracle is currently being put together to develop static analysis tools. It's a niche area but an interesting one. If you have experience in or genuine interest that area, and good software development skills, it might be a good fit for you. DM me for more info.

I wonder if anyone going to #emfcamp could help me fix my Marantz Superscope CD-330 cassette recorder? It has an earth hum that I've been unable to track down. It's this one: petervis.com/Cassette_Tape_R…

I encountered a rewrite of an old classic windows game Lode Runner mmr.quarkrobot.com/ . Me and @DavidElliston made a bunch of levels back in 1995. Last night I was able to copy our original levels off my original 3.5floppy school disk. Let's play them; 26 years later!

If you're interested in doing a PhD in programming languages, we will have some scholarships again! If you like implementation stuff, interpreters, and compilers, or concurrency, talk to me! And, there are a few spots for non UK students, too! 🥳
