#oklaed A7) Don't say that you believe that all students can learn at HIGH levels and then put them into tracks or silos. Differentiate your support so that they can all reach a high bar of excellence. This is one of the biggest hurdles in school culture.

#oklaed A8) I would like to see us move beyond glossy "buzz words" and rhetoric. Are we willing to change how we instruct, assess, support, and empower students. Most talk about change and close their door and return to default behaviors.
