I moved to another country, and my husband and I could only afford to build one PC for now. So I've been using his PC to play on my account. Could that have been the reason for the ban?

And yeah if you have to reach out on Twitter to get help instead of the official support page that's 100% an issue. The response you would get from a dev is what support should be like, not that AI bs.

You basically have to be LUCKY enough to find someone willing to help you through social media and actually review your case properly. This is a complete mess.

Bc submitting a ticket is basically the same as doing NOTHING — it’s just a bot that says it reviewed your case, but in reality it didn’t review ANYTHING.

I changed servers, Brazil lobbies is much easier than the ones here in Europe, I also didn’t play for 8 months, and after did my MD5 ended up in a much lower rank than I used to be.

Bc of that my account looked like it had been boosted, since l used to be Ascendant and this season I'm in Gold, this probably caused me to receive a lot of reports…

My PC received a hardware ban even though I didn’t use anything. I just built this PC from scratch after moving to another country, and this happened 😭
