I will #NeverForget what I was doing 17 years ago on 9/11 when I heard the news; I was going to work to fly an airline trip. On #PatriotDay, we remember all who were taken from us and the first responders who rushed to the scene in New York, at the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania.
