Iโve been saying for a while that the big problem in a LOT of stories right now is the alarming propaganda that ALL people are redeemable, regardless of what theyโve done.
This pushes out a very toxic mindsetโESPECIALLY to young kids watchingโthat ALL people should be forgiven. Which means ALL transgressions should be tolerated because there is always โa good reasonโ why it was done.
That is exactly how you tolerate abusers and brainwash victims into staying WITH themโinstead of rightfully calling out evil deeds and evil people so they face the consequences of their actions.
Evil people exist. Evil deeds are done. And it must be clearly communicated ESPECIALLY to young kids that sometimes, itโs irredeemable and unforgivable.
