Cheers "Simon Says" - Cleese plays Simon Finch-Royce, a marriage counselor, Frasier's friend from Oxford.
#Bales2026FilmChallenge most undeserving Best Actor/Actress Oscar
So many to choose from. I doubt Hilary Swank deserves two Oscars, but not having seen either movie, I can't tell you which was the stinkier. Today I'll go with
Reese Witherspoon - I Walk the Line

Stir of Echoes - I enjoy Kevin Bacon's movies, but I was also interested because his costar is Kathryn Erbe, whom I know from L&O: Criminal Intent.
#Edwards2026MovieThingChallenge Bob Hoskins
Enemy at the Gate - as Nikita Khruschev
#Edwards2026MovieThingChallenge diplomat
The Hunt for Red October - Soviet ambassador Andrei Lysenko (Joss Ackland)
