If you want to stop the gravy train VOTE FOR the 2 resolutions.
A more robust Board will hold management to account for poor performance.
I'm voting FOR.

"Should consider." No... there is no consider about it. Junior ISAs should always be fully 100% invested in equities. Because long term that's how you build wealth. No maybes here.
Why many opening a junior ISA should consider investing not saving.
On a @thismorning phone in where a grandma asked Martin 'wheres the best place to save for my new grandchild for when they're all older'. After explaining the savings options Martin suggests perhaps investing is the better option.
A junior ISA is a tax-free savings or investment account that can be open for under 18s which you can put up to £9,000 pounds per tax year in.

🚨This is what the new Chancellor said three weeks ago about the number 1 priority for the next spending review - which he now has rather a lot more influence over: a target date to lift defence spending to 3% of GDP and a “clear, credible” plan to boost it even further to 3.5% by 2035. This means tens of billions of pounds in additional funding for the armed forces and a fundamental, Cold War-level reprioritisation of defence over peacetime spending demands
Replying to @JohnHealey_MP
European security is at stake. The PM has said today that 3% must be the number 1 priority for the next spending review. We need a target date for 3% and a clear, credible funding plan to meet our NATO commitment for 3.5% on defence by 2035. (5/6)

The UK market peaked in 2007 with approximately 3,300 companies listed.
Today there are 1,545 listed companies in the UK. A fall from 2007 of 53%.
The regulatory regime has played a huge part in this. We are effectively shutting down the market for no good reason!

To be clear, this is not a “peace negotiation.” Trump is asking for Ukraine’s surrender.
