ALT Page 1 of 3 of a comic featuring Murray, a walrus landlord, and Luvam, a lizard (and new tenant) 1: "Mmkay- with your lease signed, let's begin your payment plan" grumbles Murray, groping Luvam while they both sit on the couch. "mhm- r-right!" squeaks the lizard "I'll just need your first and last months' rent as well as your security deposit" "t-that much? right now?" "...You just signed off on it." responds Murray, holding the signed renters agreement 2: Luvam is being loudly pounded into the couch, Murray breeding the smaller reptile with ease while the lizard groans and moans very vocally "C'mon laddie- don't get a noise complaint on day one" teases Murray "I'm-m tryin!" "Tight slit you got though-" "T-thanks?" "Should keep me going for the next 2 rounds easily."
