NTSA SPEED CAMERAS FINES VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION
The High Courts in Nairobi, Kiambu & Kerugoya, separately issued nearly identical Orders: barring NTSA from enforcing the Speed Camera speed limits. Why then do we still get notifications from NTSA? Is it hard for them to switch off the issuance of the illegal & irregular FINE NOTICES?
And above all, any law that violates the Constitution is VOID AB INITIO & a NULLITY! The Constitution makes it mandatory, not an option that before any conviction or sentencing or even an administrative action is made against anyone, he must be given due process. So, a speed camera convicting a motorist of over speeding is beyond the pale!
In a civilized country, entire NTSA will be disbanded for continuous violation of the Constitution. It is GROSS VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION.
