A good agent shouldn’t just help you get your next job. They should help you build a career.
Which opportunities make sense?
When should you stay?
When should you listen?
What should your contract look like?
How will today’s decision affect tomorrow’s opportunities?
Experience matters because the best career advice isn’t always about making the next move. Sometimes it’s knowing when not to.
