Free School Meal Provision During Closure From Monday 20th April we will begin using the government’s Free School Meal Voucher Distribution Scheme. This replaces our current weekly food pack scheme for entitled families.

We have made a conscious decision that Walliscote will continue to provide weekly food packs for entitled families throughout the Easter holidays, even though they are not funded by the government. Our newsletter, website and Facebook page states how and when you can get them.

Casey accepted one of the challenges today and made a beautiful cake. Well done.

Schools will close at 5.00pm on Friday March 20th for the foreseeable future to all pupils except those identified as children of key workers or vulnerable pupils. Home learning will be given to children tomorrow.

The governing body are pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Mrs Hudd as the headteacher of Walliscote school from September 1st 2020. She will continue as executive headteacher for both Walliscote and Oldmixon schools until then.

Mrs Hudd is embracing the festive season! 🎄
