My colleagues were getting sick of reviewing all my PRs. So I built Diff Stage. It records Laravel/Pest browser tests in GitHub Actions, so reviewers can watch your branch beside main. Anyone else finding that faster coding just means a longer review queue?

Saw someone put @t3dotcodes inside WoW and thought FFXIV deserved the same treatment. So I made T3 Linkpearl. It is open source and entirely vibe coded with Sol.

@maria_rcks do you think we could get this kind of bubble for the t3 code android app?

T3 Linkpearl is an experimental Dalamud plugin. Install instructions and source: github.com/wardy484/T3Linkpe… I'm currently running Omarchy instead of Windows so I welcome any Windows users that might want to give it a test.

I built Cramblr: Thai lesson photos → editable flashcards → study or Anki export. Looking for 3 Thai learners to try a page and tell me what needs fixing. 5 pages free; plans from $3/mo. cramblr.com/?utm_source=x&ut…

Started using Omarchy a few days ago and now my macs window management feels like absolute torture!

Since AI models got good, I’ve gone from struggling to manage my focus to multitasking constantly. The downside: I’m getting worse at finishing one thing. I keep drifting between tasks and away from the goals I care about. Anyone found techniques or tools that genuinely help?

I had a straight-up nightmare fuel experience with Codex yesterday evening. It implemented a bug fix. I asked it to test against our staging website. It could not connect and decided well production MUST be staging and while I was AFK it just started pinging endpoints on Prod!

Thankfully, no real harm was done here, but the fact that it just hallucinated its way to Prod is horrifying.

I just noticed the pull requests button in the Codex app and I can't help but feel like it's a massively missed oppertunity to be able to open a new Task from the PR and ask questions about it etc get an automated review, allow agents to post comments for / with you.

today’s silly/useful experiment: agent on a VPS, connected to my phone over Tailscale + ADB, browsing Grab, opening menu items, and building a healthy-ish delivery catalogue from food photos. ridiculous stack. genuinely useful.

This is pretty much what clicked for me yesterday. I was leaving my laptop open so Codex could keep working, then realised I could just run it on a VPS over SSH instead. Much nicer being able to hand work off somewhere that stays online.

Installed Codex on a remote VPS today and used it over SSH. This feels like the right shape for coding agents: - cheap Linux box - real project files - long-running sessions - no laptop dependency - easy to isolate from my main machine Local agents are useful. Remote agents feel inevitable.

Most AI agent workflows fail because they optimize for task completion, not task retirement. Every scheduled agent needs: - purpose - reader - decision it informs - usefulness feedback - kill condition Otherwise it becomes automated noise.

Search Console is a humbling reminder that shipping the sitemap is the easy bit. Then you just sit there watching Google decide whether your tiny indie product deserves to exist in the index. #buildinpublic #indiehackers
