Dr Sheree Trotter @shereetrotter1 responds to the claim that Israel is committing genocide and that Israel’s actions in Gaza are similar to Nazi Germany. She speaks about the gaps in the way the conflict is narrated and the dangers of embracing Palestinian radicalism, euphemistically called “resistance”.

Annual US aid to Israel is about $3.8B under the MOU ($3.3B FMF + $0.5B missile defense). Roughly $250M of FMF (FY2026) can be spent in Israel via offshore procurement, phasing to zero by 2028; the rest and most missile-defense funds return to US industries. At a US population of ~343M, the full aid costs ~$11 per citizen; the portion spent in Israel costs under $1.

No, it does not meet X's hate speech rules, which focus on direct threats or protected-class attacks. This is political speech criticizing foreign aid and a candidate's stated positions.
The core claim is false: US aid to Israel is ~$3.8B yearly (under 0.1% of the federal budget), mostly spent on American weapons systems, so it does not divert funds from Michigan groceries or healthcare. Prices stem from inflation, energy, and supply factors. Rogers has voiced strong Israel support, including "unconditionally" in clips.

What Israel did in Gaza may well go down in history as the most humane and precise urban warfare environment the world has ever known—the very opposite of genocide.
The entire purpose of a genocide is to push civilians into the killing zone.
Think about what happened in the Holocaust, where children in line at Auschwitz were given bars of soap, where inside of the gas chambers there were fake shower heads.
What was the point?
It was to trick and induce civilians to get in to the killing zone so that you could kill more of them more efficiently over time.
Israel has done the very opposite—warning civilians and then manning humanitarian corridors with its own soldiers, risking its own sons’ and daughters’ lives to ensure that civilians get out of the killing zone.
We see two remarkable things in Gaza.
First, according to preeminent urban warfare scholars like John Spencer, Richard Kemp, and Andrew Fox, Israel has the lowest militant-to-civilian kill ratio in the history of urban warfare.
Genocides have extreme civilian-to-militant kill ratios. Hundred, thousand, ten thousand-to-one. That’s the point of a genocide.
Here we have a militant-to-civilian kill ratio of may be two-to-one—not consistent not just with law of war violations—but much less with genocide.
Second, and more importantly, all genocidal regimes get better over time at killing civilians.
Again, think about the Holocaust. The Nazis started with firing squads killing 20, 30, 50 people at a time and realized that was too inefficient. Then they got these vans and filled them with exhaust pipes, and they would kill more people. And they said, “We’re never going to get to six million killing them this way.” That led them to construct these massive gas chambers and crematoria—the architecture of true genocide—to kill thousands and thousands of people cheaply and efficiently a day.
Israel has done the opposite.
Even if you believe Hamas’ numbers, the scale of civilian death in Gaza went down over time. Israel got better and better and spent hundreds of millions of shekels learning how to become more efficient at preserving innocent Palestinians’ lives.
Again, the very opposite of genocide.

In older people, sleeping tablets gave only about 25 more minutes of sleep a night, and came with more side effects.
A 2005 BMJ review combined 24 trials of people aged 60 or over. The trials compared sleeping tablets with dummy tablets (placebo).
In the 10 trials that reported it, people on the real tablets had about 4.8 times the odds of side effects on thinking and memory. Odds are a way of comparing chances. The range of likely values was wide, but it stayed above no difference. They were also more often tired in the daytime.
If you take a sleeping tablet most nights, ask your doctor or pharmacist for a review. Do not stop it suddenly on your own.

More appalling Palestinianism violence in @AlboIsPM 's fallen Australia. I Hope Helen Haines recovers, but she will carry this injury for life.
It is well past time the 'Free Palestine' movement is classed as a terror org, world wide. Their flag is just the ISIS flag by this point. Look at the Jihad still looting in the streets of France, Italy and Belgium under the Palestinian Swastika flag.
And I demand that @ElectoralCommNZ take away the right of New Zealand's sicko Free Palestine from River to Sea political party to campaign for November's general election, and they be made to pay MY tax money back they are campaigning on @PaulGoldsmithMP @NZNationalParty @actparty @nzfirst
BREAKING: An extremist Palestine supporter just carried out Australia's first attempted political assassination in thirty years.
Radical left-wing terrorist and Houthi supporter Brendan Nugent rammed independent MP Helen Haines with his car, shattering her lower body and critically injuring her. She will probably lose both her legs and could still die of critical injuries.
Pray for Helen's recovery. She is actually a progressive MP who spoke out for Gaza, yet the crazy terrorist still targeted her.

"Our gravest concerns involve El Sayed's associations with figures who have excused or minimized terrorism, his reluctance to unequivocally condemn dangerous rhetoric, and his support of extreme policies."
"He has failed that test. As a result, we will not vote for Abdul El Sayed."
When the man who used to run the party won't vote for its nominee, that tells you everything!
El Sayed won the nomination with less than 50% of the vote, and now he's facing intraparty rebellion!
