The Rolex waitlist is a dating app where you get ghosted for 3 years and still say thank you

I used to work with a guy in construction.. He cleared $150k easily in cash payments (he was from Honduras)
His "wife" received Texas Health insurance, food stamps, and other benefits (including free births for all of their kids)
They didn't report the marriage to the state, and she claimed that she was a single mother.
These stories are everywhere in the system.

Appreciate your takes brother, but this is just high-nosed ignorance.
Many of the most sought-after watches are wanted for their colors and straps. It’s a real status symbol.
Take the Enamel Pateks, Grand Master Chimes, and Lumen Dial Langes, and many FP Journes.
This is simply incorrect.
Rolex’s AD’s buy watches from the public (and dealers) and mark them up after running them through their CPO program (including service sometimes)
Rolex puts alot into their CPO
Replying to @LuxuryWatchGuy1
Your point doesn’t make sense. Rolex (ACTUAL Rolex) is also not risking a dime on its own watches, but raking in revenue off the backs of ADs.
AP is arguably taking more risk by investing in, setting up, and managing a platform to do so.
Rolex is doing even less for CPO.
Laurent Ferrier ….
Remember the name. This brand might be the new FP Journe or so some say …
Whatever the case may be, these watches are spectacular and are trading over their respective retails … now is the time to get them.
DM me if you want one

Business is fucking euphoric when you’re printing and literal hellfire when you’re not. Like some of the most agonizing pain you can experience.
This is why most entrepreneurs are religious.
You will go insane without turning to God for balance and stability, guaranteed.
Agreed, actually.
Buy assets when you are able to afford them.
Many clients of mine worth many times myself rent apartments/houses and lease their cars
If they do own property it’s as an investment not where they themselves live ie they use it as leverage
Best to invest your time into wealth building such as business, stock portfolios, appreciating assets, alot of people put money (smartly) into the right brands and models of watches and their money stays safe while they rock an expensive timepiece and close more deals with that status on their wrist
Be smart with your money. Dont be stupid
No one in their 20s should think about buying a house.
We aren’t in the 1950’s anymore.
Sports cards, stock investing, owning a business.
These are all much better wealth builders.
I have a friend who is a high school english teacher.
80% of his net worth was built trading Pokemon cards.
He’s almost a millionaire…
Make your money, then buy a house.
Don’t buy a house to make money.
Rarely do we send out invoices and they dont get paid
Recently a certain group of people have been ignoring invoices and not paying for watches they said they wanted
Moving forward I’ve decided it’s not worth working with people like this as my time is not respected.
Unfortunate to have to sideline many people because of actions of a few but time and time again I’ve been proven wrong when trying to see these people in a better light.
If you dont respect your own boundaries and time nobody else will
