How do you go about making assets for marketing pages?
As a developer I have learnt over the years to design pretty solid UIs. But creating marketing assets from scratch is another ballgame all together. How do you go about finding inspiration and designing great assets?

What project estimation tools do you use?
I'm looking for a tool that helps me estimate frontend development projects outside the major/expensive tools such as JIRA. Preferably something aimed at independent developers or small teams
