At least Derby 07/08 and Saints 24/25 were newly promoted teams. Wolves have been in the PL since 2018.
This is managed decline on an unforgivable scale. The protests will only get bigger and louder.
A club in decay, a fanbase without hope.
The cheapest price for a season ticket in a covered seat at Wolves' Molineux ground is £735, a lot of money in a working-class area of high unemployment.
The most expensive ticket at Molineux costs £939. In a pound-per-point ratio for the 2025-26 season at home, that’s, well, £939 per point.
Their other point came in an away draw.
To non-sport fans, voluntarily putting yourself through this purgatory is pretty difficult to explain.

Having supported @Wolves for nigh on 51yrs this is the most shambolic side I’ve ever seen assembled. I’m lost for words how bad they are. @Fosun_Intl your man Jeff Shi is destroying this great club. The whole season has turned into a SHItshow. I’m done with it all sell up and go.
Great Christmas tree light switch on @wlv_uni plus it was nice to meet and chat to the Mayor of Wolverhampton Councillor Craig Collingswood, lovely man. Even got to meet Santa Claus. Great effort everyone the tree looks stupendous. It’s beginning to feel a bit like Christmas 🎄🎅

Fantastic prematch in the @WorldwideWolves lounge with @WolvesFPA legends John Richards & Steve Kindon. Fantastic Q&A session by @DickyDodd. Official @Wolves overseas & Wolves UK supporters groups in attendance had a brillant time. Catch you next time round. 👍🐺🌎 #WeAreWolves
Nice write up in the @ExpressandStar newspaper 7/10/25 on the last Living Legacies project @TheRWTCharity @RWT_NHS by the 5/344 T&GWU Benevolent Fund Members (ex @goodyear W-ton Workers). It was an honour to make the last presentation on behalf of the fund. Well done everyone👍
Glad we could help @TheRWTCharity @RWT_NHS ♥️. The last Living Legacy Project completes the work of the 5/344 T&GWU BENEVOLENT FUND Members (former Goodyear Wolverhampton Workers) is reported by the @ExpressandStar online. 👍🙏🏻

Great 8 page spread in the @ExpressandStar newspaper 2/10/25. This is a photo of all the nominees on stage at the Molineux. Great that the 5/344 T&GWU Benevolent Fund (ex @goodyear Wolverhampton Workers) members made a final. Well done to all the winners, great night 👍.

Tremendous evening at the Black Country Heroes Awards 2025 run by the @ExpressandStar where the 5/344 T&GWU Benevolent Fund members, ex Goodyear W-ton workers made a final. Tremendous to be recognised for the Living Legacy projects we’ve done over 10yrs, well done to all #BCH25
Great night @Wolves as the Cup run continues. Good to have Berlin Wolves UK for company. To see Vitors men win was morale boosting for them and us. Thanks for putting the icing on my birthday cake Wolves.
