You were the bloody Housing Secretary under Boris Johnson from 2019 to 2021. You sat at the Cabinet table during the very period you now condemn as the “Boriswave”. You didn’t resign over that, did you? You resigned in 2023 over the Rwanda legislation. Or am I wrong?
So why did it take until 2023 for you to walk away? Then you returned to the Conservative front bench in 2024 only to leave the party in 2026 and join Reform.
