The best teachers are a champion for their students. The best leaders are a champion for their staff.
So much to be thankful for at Sunset Elementary! These teachers open their rooms to the IPG team and we love seeing the amazing work they do with students!

There are some leaders who really do care, but may not be able to show it. This is when you sit down with your staff and you tell them the good news is I really do care about you, but the bad news is I may not always show it very well. Then make it a priority to work on it.
Grassland Elementary Team enjoys some fellowship as they celebrate being a National Blue Ribbon school!! What an amazing school community!

Big day for Grassland Elementary as the school officially receives its 2022 National Blue Ribbon Award at a ceremony in Washington D.C.! This is a huge honor as fewer than 300 schools across the nation earned the recognition this year. Congrats, GES! #NBRS2022 #proudlywcs

Some may think praise, compliments, and appreciation are not necessary for adults, But remember its not just that you are praising your staff, but you're also saying I am present, I'm paying attention, & I am in this with you. can this really be said too much?
These amazing College Grove Elementary teachers truly know how to inspire their students and get them excited about reading!
