Lors du « Dialogue rose », organisé sous le thème « De la sensibilisation à l’action : Vers une prise en charge globale des femmes », S.E. la conseillère Sarah AlShoura, Directrice exécutive de l'Organisation pour le Développement de la Femme (ODF), a souligné l'importance de passer de la sensibilisation à l'action concrète. Elle a rappelé que chaque femme doit pouvoir accéder à des soins de santé complets, adaptés à ses besoins et dans la dignité, à toutes les étapes de sa vie. Elle a mis en avant le fait que la santé et le bien-être des femmes sont essentiels pour bâtir des sociétés plus stables et faire progresser le développement durable. During the Pink Dialogue, held under the theme “From Awareness to Action – Toward Comprehensive Care for Women,” H.E. L’Organisation pour le Développement de la Femme (ODF), en collaboration avec le Conseil national des femmes, a organisé le « Dialogue rose » (Pink Dialogue) sous le thème : « De la sensibilisation à l’action : Vers une prise en charge globale des femmes ». L’événement a souligné la nécessité de dépasser la simple sensibilisation pour instaurer des soins complets, accessibles et adaptés aux besoins de santé et de bien-être des femmes. Ce dialogue a constitué une plateforme d’échange de points de vue et d’expertises, visant à renforcer la sensibilisation à la santé, à améliorer les mécanismes de prise en charge et de soutien, et à favoriser la coopération entre les institutions concernées afin d’améliorer la qualité de vie et le bien-être des femmes. L’Organisation pour le Développement de la Femme (ODF) et l’Union des agences de presse de l’OCI (UNA) ont signé un protocole d’accord en marge de la 52e session du Conseil des ministres des Affaires étrangères de l’OCI, à Bagdad. Cette signature marque une avancée dans le renforcement de la coopération institutionnelle entre les deux organisations. Ce protocole d’accord établit un cadre de collaboration dans des domaines d’intérêt commun, visant à accroître la visibilité des initiatives et des efforts de l’ODF en faveur de l’autonomisation et du développement des femmes, tout en favorisant la communication sur les questions relatives aux femmes au sein des États membres de l’OCI. The Women Development Organization (WDO) and the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the sidelines of the 52nd Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Baghdad, marking a step forward in strengthening institutional cooperation between the two organizations. The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration in areas of mutual interest, supporting greater visibility for WDO’s initiatives and efforts in women’s empowerment and development, as well as communication on women-related issues across OIC Member States. S.E. la conseillère Sarah AlShoura, Directrice exécutive de l’ODF, a rencontré Mme Ala Talabani, conseillère du Premier Ministre de la République d’Irak chargée des affaires féminines, à l’occasion de la participation de l’ODF à la 52e session du Conseil des ministres des Affaires étrangères de l’OCI, qui s’est tenue à Bagdad. Cette rencontre s’inscrit dans une démarche visant à renforcer les liens avec les institutions nationales en charge des questions féminines et à explorer des opportunités de coopération entre l’Organisation et les autorités irakiennes compétentes. Les échanges ont mis en lumière le rôle de l’ODF dans la promotion de l’autonomisation des femmes, le soutien à leur participation aux processus décisionnels et au développement, ainsi que la facilitation du partage d’expériences nationales entre les États membres de l’OCI. Counselor Sarah Ismail AlShoura, Executive Director of the Women Development Organization (WDO), met with Ms. Ala Talabani, Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq for Women’s Affairs, during WDO’s participation in the 52nd Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Baghdad. The meeting took place within the framework of strengthening engagement with national institutions responsible for women’s affairs and exploring opportunities for cooperation between WDO and the relevant Iraqi authorities. Discussions highlighted WDO’s role in promoting women’s empowerment, supporting women’s participation in decision-making and development, and facilitating the exchange of national experiences among OIC Member States. En marge de la 52e session du Conseil des ministres des Affaires étrangères de l’OCI, qui s’est tenue à Bagdad, S.E. la conseillère Sarah AlShoura, Directrice exécutive de l’ODF, a rencontré l’ambassadeur Mohammed Hussein Bahr Aluloom, Vice-ministre irakien des Affaires étrangères chargé des relations bilatérales. Les échanges ont porté sur le renforcement des relations et de la coopération entre les deux parties, permettant d’explorer des pistes pour consolider la coopération entre l’ODF et la République d’Irak, notamment dans les domaines liés à l’autonomisation et à la promotion des femmes, ainsi qu’au partage d’expériences nationales entre les États membres de l’OCI. Les discussions ont également souligné l’importance d’intensifier les échanges et la coordination avec les autorités irakiennes compétentes, tout en examinant des perspectives de coopération future en soutien au mandat et aux objectifs de l’ODF. La Directrice exécutive a par ailleurs exprimé l’intérêt de l’Organisation pour l’adhésion de l’Irak, insistant sur la nécessité de poursuivre le dialogue avec les autorités irakiennes compétentes afin de faire progresser le processus d’adhésion et d’identifier de nouveaux axes de coopération. On the sidelines of the 52nd Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Baghdad, H.E. Counselor Sarah Ismail AlShoura, Executive Director of the Women Development Organization (WDO), met with H.E. Ambassador Mohammed Hussein Bahr Aluloom, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq for bilateral relations, to discuss strengthening relations and cooperation between the two sides. The meeting explored ways to strengthen cooperation between WDO and the Republic of Iraq in areas related to women’s empowerment and advancement, as well as the exchange of national experiences and expertise among OIC Member States. Discussions also highlighted the importance of enhancing engagement and coordination with relevant Iraqi authorities and exploring avenues for future cooperation in support of WDO’s mandate and objectives. H.E. the Executive Director also expressed WDO’s interest in Iraq’s accession to the Organization and highlighted the importance of continued engagement with the relevant Iraqi authorities to advance the accession process and explore future areas of cooperation. En marge de la 52e session du Conseil des ministres des Affaires étrangères de l’Organisation de la Coopération Islamique (OCI), qui s’est tenue à Bagdad, S.E. la conseillère Sarah AlShoura, Directrice exécutive de l’ODF, a rencontré S.E. M. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, Secrétaire général de l’OCI. La réunion a porté sur le renforcement de la coopération institutionnelle et de la coordination entre l’ODF et le Secrétariat général de l’OCI, ainsi que sur la promotion des efforts conjoints visant à améliorer la condition des femmes et des filles et à favoriser leur autonomisation dans les États membres de l’OCI. La Directrice exécutive a également souligné le travail en cours au sein de l’Organisation pour élaborer son premier plan stratégique, améliorer la coordination sur les priorités liées aux femmes, élargir les partenariats institutionnels et encourager une adhésion plus large à l’Organisation. On the sidelines of the 52nd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), held in Baghdad, H.E. Counselor Sarah Ismail AlShoura, Executive Director of the Women Development Organization (WDO), met with H.E. Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, OIC Secretary-General.
