Nice surprise to hear my name and question on @ShopTalkShow on why I choose @statamic when I'm building websites. Would love to hear a deeper dive with @jackmcdade or someone from the @laravelphp world.

England has the only privatised Water in Europe, the most water pollution, and the most expensive water.
The UK has the only fully privatised energy, and the most expensive.
England has privatised rail, the slowest, least reliable and of course the most expensive in Europe.

This is a healthy debate and great to see movement on this long desired CSS topic. PRIOR to reading this I thought including 'masonry' within grid made sense, but AFTER reading I completely see the long term value in display: masonry;.
FWIW, I think I like "pack" over "masonry".
There's been a lot of discussion about masonry in CSS recently and whether it lives in the grid spec. This post explains a different approach, that still enables the track sizing and other features from grid. developer.chrome.com/blog/ma…

Inline Bard Sets! 😍
Super excited to announce a big feature for @statamic Bard Texstyle: Pins! 📌
Pins make it really easy to add custom elements within a line of text, like icons, footnotes, and dynamic values. Create any types you like, and render them however you like.
This right here is a great example of the nuance I've continued to see over the past four years of using Tailwind. The details that are considered in code and docs (or here, an explanation) are greater than they first appear.
Tailwind; it's more powerful than you think.
I've seen a lot of people over the years ask about the difference between `@apply` and `theme()` in Tailwind, and why I usually recommend `theme()`.
Question came up again recently, so I took some time to put together a definitive explanation:

This is a working theory...
The essence of every business boils down to:
– Having something to sell, and the process of selling it.
– Developing comprehensive standards / processes.
– Improving the accuracy of our predictions.

Everyone really needs to start a business once in their life just for the enormous impact it will have on your perspective.

This book is seminal. As is the 20 minute read of jobs.netflix.com/culture
TL;DR
– Only work with talented adults who care
– Be transparent, clear and concise
– Strive for a common ambition by constantly & genuinely improving
It is heartwarming to be reminded that there are great things about the UK too. @GDSTeam is an example to the world on having a sense or purpose and working smartly to achieve that.
