we spent a lot of time blaming sniper bots for bad meme launches.
but the numbers tell a bigger story.
@zerufinance analysed 8.2M Pump(.)fun launches and found that developers and bundled wallets made at least $579M after fees.
sniper bots made $31.5M.
that's an 18x difference.
21% of launches also had developer-linked wallets buying in the launch block, with those wallets holding a median 10% of supply.
so being first isn't the whole advantage.
having early access to supply is.
by the time everyone else sees the chart, some wallets may already have a meaningful position and a clear path to exit.
that's why the more interesting question isn't "how do we beat the snipers?"
it's "who gets access to the market before everyone else?"
that's the problem @zerufinance is trying to rethink with Activity Fi.

The green was there. The credit wasn't.
I kept refreshing my @agenticscredit dashboard last night, watching a paper position sit in profit. I expected that green to show up somewhere in my credit record.
It didn't.
That was when it clicked. From what I understand, the score moves on settled closes, not unrealized gains.
A position can look great on your screen and still count for nothing in your record. Until you close it, the win is just potential.
What surprised me was how quickly that changed the way I looked at the trade.
I caught myself thinking about closing the green one early so the win would count, while leaving the red one open.
That is the interesting part of @agenticscredit for me. Your trading history is becoming more than PnL. It is becoming a record that capital providers can use to judge whether you are worth funding.
And that changes how you think about every close.
