今日新发现：Cloudflare Workers 上**对外**且非 Cloudflare 托管的站点的 fetch 请求也自带一层缓存，导致某些场景中源站已经更新了内容的情况下 Worker 会继续得到已经被缓存的内容。 是的，我们用来回源的 Workers 上就遇到了这个问题。在某些场景下会导致拉到不应该被缓存的内容，目前已经修复 😇
